A nice and cozy drink to have, with its rich matcha taste, and full of antioxidants! I also like how this is quite easy to make at home.
Vanilla Matcha Latte
Servings: 1 Time: 8 minutes
- 1 1/2- 2 tbsp matcha powder or more to taste
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 3/4 cup hot almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp of a sweetener of your choice (i use honey)
In a small cup, whisk together the hot water and matcha powder until there are no lumps and it is smooth.
Add the matcha to the heated milk (you can do this by warming it up in the microwave or a small pot). Add the vanilla and sweetener, mix well and serve.
